We were shocked and saddened to discover this sad news about Val. We knew her through the years our daughter, Gillian, was playing fastball in Camrose. We've thought of those fun years many times. Michelle and Lisa...you are the two family members we knew....and our thoughts are with you...with everyone. Bidding that final farewell is never an easy task. The Valerie we knew was so active and fun...so full of life...she will be missed. We live down in the Sundre area now and Gillian also. She married a local fellow and lives nearby. I have forwarded Val's obituary notice on to her. Best wishes to all....although sad ones... THE GERBER's Dave & Maureen
