Marguerite Ann Meland of Camrose passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at the age of 77 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband Hugo; children Val (Randy) Scott of Okotoks, Alberta, and Shelley-Rae (Dale) Kirwer of Macklin, Saskatchewan; five grandchildren Erin (Brett) Livingston, Kellie (Aaron) Demers, Cori (Dave) Lortie, Brett Scott (Kayla Brown), and Jordan Kirwer (Shylee Kamps); seven great-grandchildren MacKenzie Demers, Aiden Brown, Kassidy Demers, Dylan Livingston, Caydence Lortie, Quinten Demers, and Blake Livingston; brothers Ken Drever of Camrose, Doug (Helen) Drever of Innisfail, and Ray Drever of Hardisty; and sister Marian Cooke of Vancouver.
Marguerite was predeceased by one son Darcy; three sisters Muriel, Yvonne, and Florence; and one brother Jim Drever.
A Funeral Service was held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 26, 2015 from the Burgar Memorial Chapel with Archdeacon Jacques Vaillancourt officiating. Interment has taken place in the Camrose Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Cross Cancer Institute, or to CAFCL.
