Grace Sahlin of Camrose, formerly of Bashaw, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2015 at the age of 94 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Sylvia (Les) Hooey of Red Deer, Alvin (Beth) of Lacombe, Karen (Terry) Anonson of Elkford, B.C., and Ardell Stromberg of New Norway; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Grace was predeceased by her husband Alfred; daughter Beverly Sahlin; brothers Lodie Knockleby, Ben Knockleby, and Frank Knockleby; and sister Velma Shoemaker.
A Funeral Service was held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 29, 2015 from the Bashaw Legion with Rev. Ted Wiggelsworth officiating. Inurnment has taken place in the Bashaw Cemetery.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the charity of one's choice.
