I will always remember Eileen as not only a fabulous " Cook" but as an DHC Employee who always went that extra mile to nourish her Patients & Co-workers with a smile on her face. She would bring in fresh items from her garden to share & often filled Spring potatoes , creamed vegetables or slices of tomatoes/cucumbers would be ready for all to enjoy. She was generous & gracious & I'll cherish our visits over the years. My thoughts are with you all Charlotte
