Mr. Samuel "Sam" Belke of Camrose passed away on Friday, March 6, 2009 at the age of 75 years.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Anna Marie; his three children Shelley (Rick) Letourneau of Sherwood Park, Bradley Belke of Calmar and Rosanne (Todd) Creighton of Calgary; as well as Sam's four grandchildren Sarah, Jessica, Greg and Hunter. He is also survived by one brother Gerald and three sisters Martha, Mary and Susanna.
Sam was predeceased by two brothers Gus and Eric and two sisters Elsie and Frieda.
Funeral services for Sam were held on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from The Burgar Memorial Chapel with Rev. Brian Hunter (St. Mary's Pastoral Care Unit) officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date in the Camrose Cemetery.
If friends so desire memorial contributions are gratefully accepted in memory of Sam to The Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation, or to a charity of your choice.
