Jerome is survived by his brothers; Orest (Doris) of Stony Plain and Neil (Darlene) of Castlegar, B.C,
Jerome was predeceased by his mother and father; Sophie and Bill.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday November 28th, 2015 at 10:30 am from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, Camrose, Alberta .
Interment followed in the Transfiguration of our Lord Ukrainian Catholic Church Cemetery , Round Hill.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Transfiguration of our Lord Ukrainian Catholic Church , Round Hill , Alberta.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Jerome
