Blair Jamey Rourke of Camrose, formerly of Tofield, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the age of 38 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother Irene Zukowski of Spruce Grove, and brother Todd (Linda) Rourke of British Columbia.
A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 5, 2015 from the Bethany Meadows Chapel with Rev. Garth Wehrfritz-Hanson officiating. Interment will take place in the City of Leduc Municipal Cemetery.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the charity of one's choice.
