Obituary of Sharyll Yochim

Sharyll Gloria Yochim was born on October 8, 1948 in Unity, Saskatchewan to Roy and Kathy Kelly. She grew up there with her two brothers and sister until 1967, at which time she moved to Camrose. Sharyll married her childhood sweetheart, Dennis Yochim, in August, 1970. Two children were born of that marriage, Reneé and Ryan. They were blessed to call Camrose home. Time with family and friends, interior decorating, travel, and her home and yard were Sharyll's favorite pastimes. She was hard working, generous and kind to all she met, always willing to lend a hand. Sharyll passed away suddenly on Monday, August 8, 2016 at the age of 67 years. She is survived by her loving husband Dennis; daughter Reneé (Corey) Benoit; grandchildren Desireé, Trevor, and Denyka (Justin) Young; great-grandson Jase; son Ryan (Gillian) Yochim; grandchildren Isabella and Drazic; brother Ron (Karen) Kelly of North Battleford, SK; twin brother Daryll (Lorraine) Kelly of Camrose; and sister Brenda (Gary) Fairbairn of Camrose. She was predeceased by her father in August, 2002 and by her mother in November, 2013. Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to STARS or to the Heart and Stroke Association. A Funeral Service was held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 13, 2016 from the CityLights Church with Rev. Clayton Milgate officiating. Inurnment has taken place in the Camrose Cemetery.
