Mrs. Ivy Leona Karlstrom of Stettler, formerly of Edberg, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2009 at the age of 84 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her two sons Duane (Leta) and Darrel (Heather "Kim"); five grandchildren: Michael, Shane, Devin, Drew and Megan; and two great-grandchildren Janna and Baily. She is also survived by her brother Orville and sisters Melba, Edith and Edna.
Ivy was predeceased by her husband Victor and brothers: Everett, Leonard, Allan and Glen.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 23, 2009 from the Edberg Community Hall with Rev. Ross Helgeton officiating. Interment took place in the Fridhem Cemetery.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
