Paul Gerard McCann of Camrose passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at the age of 64 years, after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
Paul was born to John and Marie McCann on October 21, 1951 in Toronto, Ontario. He was raised in Toronto and married Sandy on July 23, 1976. Their daughter Melanie was born in 1982 and son Sean in 1989. They moved to Camrose in 1989 and owned Miquelon Lake Store from 1993 to 2005.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Sandy; two children Melanie of Camrose and Sean of San Francisco; and three sisters Sheila McCann of Toronto, Catherine (Gerry) Davis of Camrose, and Joan McCann (Jim Dethy) of Toronto.
Paul was predeceased by his parents John and Marie McCann.
A Funeral Service was held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 17, 2016 from the Burgar Memorial Chapel with Rev. Garth Wehrfritz-Hanson officiating.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to Alzheimer Society, or to Bethany Meadows.
