Carolynn Ruth McCrea of Edberg passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016 at the age of 66 years.
Carolynn was born to Lenard and Florence (Marion) Johnson on July 30, 1950 in Camrose Alberta. She spent most of her life in and around the Edberg Area.
Carolynn attended school in Edberg where she met Charlie McCrea; they were married on June 24, 1972 and had three children. Carolynn will be lovingly remembered by her children: Clint (Cheryl) McCrea, Chris McCrea, and Amanda (Del) Wolfe. Her grandchildren: Joey, Cheyenne, Carissa, Payton, Nathan, McKenzie; and one great-grandchild Harley.
She is also survived by her siblings Barbara (Ronnie) Huolt, Leona (Donnie) Weisenberg, Bill (Denise) Johnson, Lynda (Chris) Michalkow and various nieces, nephews and other relations.
Carolynn was predeceased by her husband Charlie and parents Lenard and Marion Johnson.
A Funeral Service was held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from the Edberg Community Hall with Rev. Brian Hunter officiating. Interment has taken place in the Edberg cemetery.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the MS Society of Canada, Alberta Chapter, or to the Edberg Community Club.
