Kevin Glen Wold of Camrose, Alberta, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at the age of 42 years.
Kevin was born on June 27,1974 in Coronation to John and Karen Wold. He lived in the Alliance area where he went to school K to 9 and then to Sedgewick grades 10 to 12. His later education included training in automotive and heavy duty mechanics. He was employed at Arnett & Burgess over the last 4 years as Shop Foreman in Bashaw. Kevin enjoyed sledding, dirt biking, mountain biking and the great outdoors with his brother Trevor and his close friends. Kevin and Christine spent many hours mowing grass and blowing snow at their acreage near Camrose. Owning the acreage brought great joy to Kevin's life and he kept busy with endless projects. When he wasn't working he was in his shop modifying and repairing a variety of things: sleds, dirt bikes, lawnmowers, etc.
Kevin is survived by his soul mate Christine, his brother and best friend Trevor, his parents John and Karen, his many close friends, and his faithful companion Brutus.
A Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at 1:30 pm from CityLights Church in Camrose.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to STARS or to the Alberta SPCA.
