Louise Loewen of Camrose, Alberta, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2017, at the age of 89 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children and stepchildren Carol (Kelly Boser) Reum of Sherwood Park, Larry Elder of Edmonton, Michael Elder of Camrose, Linda (Brian) Bakewell of Wainwright, Leona (Jacob) Bretzer of Elk Point, Josie Laderoute of Wainwright, Agnes (Adolf) Lang of Surrey, B.C., and Joanne (Bob) Savage of Barrhead County; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Louise was predeceased by her husband Frank Elder; her children and stepchildren Frankie Elder, Barbara Elder, and Phillip Elder; and her siblings Mathilda Jordan, Phillip Loewen, Lorenze Loewen, Miriam Waite, and Raymond Loewen.
No formal service will be held. A private family graveside service has taken place in Wainwright.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Rosehaven Care Center or to the Camrose Association for Community Living.
