Rita, Adam, Kristen JoAnne and Rod, I was saddened to hear that Larry/your Dad passed. It is difficult to wrap my head around although I had visited with him a few days before and he was very ill. My memories of Larry are one of laughter because of his quick wit and warmth as he had a good soul. I was fortunate to have walked with Larry for time in life.

Rita & family, I knew of Larry for years, met him personally last year and will never forget him now. He made an immediate impression on me; so kind and empathetic and reminded me of my own Dad. Rita, Adam, and Kirsten: I wanted to offer my deepest condolensces. I realize that I only met your family for a brief period during my travels to Camrose, but I assure you that your family has a special place in my heart and thoughts. I remember so fondly the kindness that you extended to me when I was traveling to the area and how you opened your home and welcomed me to dinner to help celebrate Larry's birthday. I also remember the generosity that Larry extended without any hesitation by driving me all the way to the Edmonton airport. I remember thinking during that drive how lucky your family was to have a man like in your life and how kindness permeates your family. Please don't stop caring and loving as I am confident that those acts will allow you to feel Larry smiling down from heaven.
