Hazel Mae Burden of Sedgewick passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the age of 99 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Rosanne (Les) Hanberg of Camrose, John (Jerry-Lynn) of Lougheed, Allan; daughter-in-law Sharon Burden of Sedgewick; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Hazel was predeceased by her husband David; grandson Grant; and sisters Margaret Simpson, Ruby Fraser, Beulah Gilson.
A Funeral Service was held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 12, 2017 from the Sedgewick United Church (4913 49th street).
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to The Lougheed Cemetery care of the Village of Lougheed, or to the Children's Wish Foundation of Canada.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Hazel
