Jen's community of friends, colleagues, staff, and professors at Dalhousie University extend their deepest sympathies to Jen's husband and family. She was pure joy to teach and work with, and she contributed so wonderfully to our work on the Halifax urban forest. My meeting with her and David two years ago in Calgary was beautifully refreshing. My Heart cries as I am just finding out about Jen's passing. We met at the Ann and Sandy Cross Conservation Area a few years ago. Jen was so enthusiastic about life outdoors.
