Violet Boraas of Camrose, formerly of Viking, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at the age of 91 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Linda (Peter) Neufeld of Camrose, Diana (William) Sarasin of Viking, Brenda (Leonard) Greenwood of Camrose, and Rick Boraas of Camrose; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and sisters-in-law Margaret Stubert of Red Deer and Margaret Boraas of Calgary. Violet was predeceased by her husband George; sisters Elsie Cannan and Tina Webber; and brothers Eddie, Walter, and Albert Stubert.
A Private Family Service was held.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to The Alberta Cancer Foundation, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or to the Golden Valley Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Violet
