Shirley Muriel Walkley of Camrose, formerly of Calgary, Alberta passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the age of 84 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Diane (Leonard) Moreau of Bittern Lake, grandchildren Keith (Brandy) Smith of Ohio, Ken (Angela) Hunter of Leduc, Kevin Hunter of Camrose, Wayne Walkley of England, and Lalena Walkley of England; nine great-granchildren; and one great-great-granchild.
Shirley was predeceased by her husband Ted; sons David and Steven; and numerous brothers and sisters.
At Shirley's request, no formal service will be held.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to S.T.A.R.S. Air Ambulance or to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta.
The family would like to thank Dr. Chapman, Nurse Veny and the staff of the Palliative Care Unit at St. Mary's Hospital.
