Douglas Kenneth Banack of Camrose, Alberta passed away on Friday, January 5, 2018 at the age of 68 years.
Left to cherish his memory are his children Jody Banack of Daysland, Matthew (Jennifer) Banack of Camrose, and Carla (Kelly) Schacher of Camrose; seven grandchildren; the mother of his children Terry Banack; and siblings Paulette Forget of Medicine Hat, Dale Banack of Edmonton, and Darren (Charlene) Banack of Two Hills.
Doug was predeceased by his parents Ken and Marie Banack.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from the Camrose Valleyview Cemetery with Rev. Larry Pederson officiating.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute (11220 83 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 2B7).
