Mrs. Sylvia Wold of Meeting Creek passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at the age of 71 years. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband Kenneth; children Barry (Brenda) Wold of Meeting Creek, Karen (Bob) Mingo of Camrose, Wendy (Brian) Reinke of Camrose, and Leann (Calvin) Lehman of Camrose; and ten grandchildren Bradley (Courtney) Wold, Darcy Wold, Jamie Wold, Stefanie Wold, Ashley (Dale) Martin, Jeffrey Mingo, Justin Reinke, Shaconna Reinke, Larissa Lehman, and Riley Lehman.
Sylvia is also survived by one sister Elaine (Arnold) Reum of Kaleden, B.C; four brothers David (Betty) Schiele of Penticton, Wilford Schiele (Marge) of Penticton, Wallace (Donna) Schiele of Sparwood, and Joel (Donna) Schiele of New Norway; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Sylvia was predeceased by her mother and father, and niece Crystal Schiele.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. from the Messiah Lutheran Church with Rev. Harold Rust officiating. Interment followed in the Ferry Point Cemetery.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to C.L.B.I. or Daysland Palliative Care.
