Obituary of Daryl Dalueg

Daryl Raymond Dalueg of Forestburg passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the age of 65 years. Daryl was a very loving, caring and giving man to many family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Raymond and Martha; his father and mother-in-law Walter and Mary Badry; as well as two brothers-in-law Billy and Michael. He is survived by his loving wife Maryann and their four children Tish (Carl) Gordon, Chris (Jodi McCord), Crystal (Kris) Murch, Greg (Chelcie Zimmer); twelve grandchildren Tyler (Kristen), Becca (Tyler), Declan, Owen, Paige, Josh, Kadin, Zach, Kally, Braxyn, Hayven and Zane; brothers and sisters Donnie, Terry, Cheryl (Don) Baxter, Wade (Lorna), Wayne (Cheryl), Kim (Rob), Sandra (Ross)Macarthur, Darrin (Brenda); brothers and sisters-in-law Katherine (Don) Boese, Roman (Teri), Darrel (Eileen) Margaret (Dave), Frances, Wally (Bonnie), Wilfred (Shelly), and Philip (Kathy); and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Daryl lived most of his life in the Forestburg area surrounded by many family and friends. He was born in Galahad as the third child to the family. He married Maryann December 17, 1977 and from this union Maryann gained a daughter. Shortly after their three children were born. Daryl was a jack of all trades, that enjoyed working on vehicles, woodworking and riding his bike. He also enjoyed playing cards, sledding, camping, bowling, fishing, dancing and having coffee with his brothers and sisters. In his more recent years his belly was starting to show his love for ice cream, candy, pickled eggs, fresh veggie soup and buns, oyster stew, fried bologna sandwiches and tomato macaroni. Daryl's death was sudden and he left this world too soon. He will be dearly missed but will have a place in our memories that will last forever. A Funeral Service was held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 12, 2018 from the Forestburg Community Hall with Rev. Carlos Nunez officiating. Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to STARS, or to the charity of one's choice.
