Christina Hertel of Camrose, Alberta passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at the age of 88 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Caroline (René) Chartrand of Camrose, Mike (Anita Lovig) of Ferintosh, Pat (Brett) Hammerlindl of St. Albert, Tony of Camrose, Jim (Susan) of Camrose, Danny (Stacie) of Camrose; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and brother Danny (Kitty) Murphy.
Christina was predeceased by her husband Art; grandson Brandon; great-granddaughter; and siblings Paddy Murphy, Mary Kruger, Willy Murphy, and Bridie Murphy.
A Prayer Vigil was held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 12, 2018 from the Burgar Memorial Chapel.
A Funeral Mass was held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 13, 2018 from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Larry Pederson officiating. Interment has taken place at the Lougheed Cemetery.
