Ron and June, you have shown LOVE in all its forms for your son...who did not always return that love in the way that you would liked to have heard it expressed, I am sure. That is what unconditional love is, isn't it---no expectations or conditions attached...the loss of a child, they tell me is the deepest loss a parent can feel.To know and feel the appreciation that you felt from him in the last few months of his life was a great gift from him to you. A blessing, indeed. For your loss, I am saddened..For the gift of your son, I thank you.As always, the miles between us all today are only in body. In spirit I am always with you..with much love, sister Margie.

On behalf of the Calgary Rick Hansen Wheels In Motion Committee, we extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Robin Berg on his passing. Robin was an invaluable team member of ours over the past few years and brought tremendous spirit and enthusiasm to the recent Calgary events. Not only was he a planner and contributor to our local event but took great pride in fielding a competitive team (The 4 x 4 Quads) in the 2008 Rick Hansen Wheels In Motion Wheelchair Challenge. Robin will definitely be missed by all of us. Harley N. Hotchkiss, Honorary Chair Vance Milligan and Barry Lindeman, Co-Chairs and the 2008 & 2009 Calgary RHWIM Committee

Robin has a place in many of our hearts and has touched the lives of all who know him. I remember working out at the gym and even at rugby you could feel the enthusiasm of his cheers making you want to give it all you got. There were many times we were riding around in his van or even shooting some pool exchanging ideas and dreaming up ways to make things more accessible. KEEP KICKIN @$$ BIG GUY!!
