Mrs. Mary Gartner of Camrose passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at the age of 69 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband William "Bill"; her children Lynnette Bentley of Camrose, Michele Gartner of Camrose, Scott Gartner of Camrose; and seven grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers Mike (Emy) of Camrose, Herman (Susie) of Calgary, and August (Lois) of Kelowna; sisters Madeline (Grant) McWhirter of Naniamo, Margaret Flad of Camrose, and Rosie Rodgers of Calgary.
Mary was predeceased by her parents, and siblings August, Joseph, Alec, Leo and Julie.
A Prayer Vigil was held on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. from the Burgar Memorial Chapel. A Memorial Mass was celebrated on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Eduardo Escober as Celebrant. Inurnment took place in the Camrose Cemetery.
If friends so desire memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to St. Mary's Hospital Chapel Fund.
