Mrs. Karen Marie Green of Camrose, formerly of Edmonton passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at the age of 83 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Anni (Don) Lehman of St. John's, Nfld, Svend (Carol) Green of Camrose, Poul (Moraine) Kirby-Green of California; five grandchildren Tara, Graeme, Josh (Krystin), Scott (Kim), Tim; great grandchild Liam; two sisters Bodil Jensen and Krista Pilgard, both of Denmark.
Karen was predeceased by her husband Aksel, two brothers and five sisters, and an infant daughter, Ellen.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. from the Ansgar Danish Lutheran Church (9554 108 A Ave Edmonton). Interment followed in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens (18102 Ft. Road Edmonton).
If friends so desire memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Ansgar Danish Lutheran Church (9554 108 A Ave Edmonton T5H 1C1).
