Mr. Walter Manchakowski of Camrose,passed away on Monday October 25, 2010 at the age of 86 years.
Walter is survived by his loving wife Jean, three children Bernard of Calgary, Patricia(Ivan) Steil of Chestemere and Sonia(Kevin)Berg of Bawlf, five grandchildren; Scott, Paul, Colin, Olivia and Carson, two brothers Stanley(Lil) of Edmonton, John(Sophie) of Edmonton, one sister-inlaw Rose Manchakowski.
Walter was predeceased by one brother Nick, one sister Emily and one brother-inlaw Metro Zukiwsky and his mother and father Annie and William.
A prayer Vigil was held on Thursday October 28, 2010 at 5:00pm from The Burgar Memorial Chapel.
Divine Liturgy was celebrated on Friday October 29, 2010 at 10:00am from St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church.
Interment followed in St. Michaels Cemetery in Edmonton.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Walter
