He was a wonderful, gentle soul with a heart of gold. Whenever I was in his presence, his smile lit up the room. His humour punctuated his interaction with you, and his smile and laugh was a message that he was genuinely happy to see you. I believe he wore his heart on his sleeve, and the world was better for enjoying his presence.
