Obituary of Gloria Christina Laun

Gloria Christina (McCauley) Laun passed away on April 27, 2018, at the age of 75 years. She was born July 30, 1942, in Mannville, Alberta and was the second child of David and Lillian McCauley.

She grew up a loving sister to Audrey (Bernard) Eyban, Doris George, Glen (Pam) McCauley, and Graham McCauley. She is also survived by her children Cindy (Brian) Symon, Sandra Hancock, Darrell (Sandy) Hancock; and her step-children Shirley (Rick) Uglem, Lyle (Laurie) Laun, and Lorraine Inkster. Gloria had many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Gloria was predeceased by her first husband Neil Hancock; and second husband Bob Laun.

She will be missed for her fun-loving character. Her calling was “the hostess with the mostest”. 
Gloria was loved by all and forgotten by none. Her heart’s treasure was her love for family and friends, her gifts live on in the lives of all those that have been touched by her.

A Celebration of Life was held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 1, 2018, from the Norseman Inn - Banquet Room.
