Obituary of Bernard Antonio Moisan
Bernard Antonio Moisan of Camrose, Alberta, passed away in St. Mary’s Hospital on Monday, July 2, 2018, at the age of 70 years.
Bernie was born on December 5, 1947 in St. Paul, Alberta to Antonio and Delia Moisan. They moved to Camrose shortly after his birth.
In 1972, he married Jane Reddemann. Their daughter Brandie was born in 1976. Bernie’s granddaughter Tesla was born in 2011.
Bernie worked at Evraz until his retirement in 2013. He loved fishing, deer hunting, and camping. After his retirement, he enjoyed building bird houses, and spending time in his yard with his friends and his dog, Patch.
Bernie is survived by his daughter Brandie Greaves, granddaughter Tesla Greaves, best friend and roommate Stan Popowich, and numerous cousins.
He was predeceased by his parents, Antonio and Delia Moisan, and infant sister Yvette.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A Graveside service was held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 6, 2018, at the Camrose Valleyview Cemetery.
