Mr. John Fokta of Westaskiwin, Alberta passed away on Monday, February 27, 2012 at the age of 74 years.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife Ann McFeely; children Ian (Cathy) McFeely of Calgary, Pat McFeely (Charlene) of New Norway, Shaune McFeely of Wetaskiwin; and Barry Swanson (father of Shaune's children); and six grandchildren.
John was predeceased by his parents.
A Mass of The Resurrection was celebrated on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. from the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church Wetaskiwin with Rev. Mark Kramer officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date in the Duhamel Cemetery.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Wetaskiwin Hospital Fund.
