I very seldom take the time to read the local news but gratefully last week was one occasion when I did. I am very surprised and sad to hear of Barb's passing. It has been over 20 years since we were in touch but I have never forgotten her. Twenty years takes us back to the old liquor store (ALCB) days and the many interesting times there, as well as all the good times in somebody's back yard after work. She was so proud of that red Grand Am she bought! Although much time has passed I'm sure she touched many more hearts since I met her. I'm sorry for the emptiness her loved ones must be feeling; please remember that we are all just here for a blink of time, and we try to make the best of it. My deepest sympathies to the family.

I am so very sorry to hear of Barb's passing and am sending my heartfelt condolences to her daughters, mother brothers and sister. Although we lost touch after high school, we were very good friends growing up, she taught me how to ride a horse, how to set up a tent and we shared the joy of growing up in the close-knit community of Kingman. God has her in his keeping.. <3
