Uncle Joe...a man of distinction, grace and whole heartedly a man that loved and was loved by all that knew him. Uncle Joe had the quality to make a room think that royalty just walked in the room yet was completely humbled at the very same time. My Auntie Paula and Uncle Joe were constant companions and the equal amount of respect they had for each other was the glue that made them the perfect couple. They made LOVE look easy even when reality is it always takes work. Uncle Joe will be missed by all that were blessed to know him and be apart of his life. I know that I will miss him greatly but he is now at peace and we have a new angle watching over us...he has joined his two son and my nana and one day we will be together again. Auntie Paula I love you and the boys and miss Uncle so much. Thank you both for loving me so much!! I'm not there is person but my heart is with all of you! Hugs and Kisses - Miss you Uncle Joe / Love you Auntie

I owe a lot to Joe and Paula Cramer. As an employee of theirs they gave me the opportunity to grow and manage their funeral home in Red Deer.Joe's mentorship and his "the buck stop's here" philosophy both empowered and challenged me as a funeral director and manager to be and achieve all i could. Joe and Paula further afforded me the opportunity to get started as the owner of a funeral home and taught me the importance of giving back to the community (through their former example). I recognise that many of the lessons I have learned about service and business are directly related to my tenure in their employment and the funeral home they started. We don't always know where life is going to take us... I can say wholeheartedly that I am a better person for knowing Joe Cramer and feel more capable and condfident as a business owner because of the experiences he and Paua afforded me. Joe, Thanks for being a mentor and Friend. Paula and family, Please accept both my gratitude and heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. Joe will be dearly missed.
