Mrs. Eileen Niehaus of Daysland , formerly of Strome, passed away on Friday November 23, 2012 at the age of 83 years.
Eileen is survived by her loving children; Denise (Grant) Zimmel of Strome, Rosalie (Helmut) Kraemer of Edmonton, Germaine Jaurnell of Banff, Colette (Tom) Zwack of Daysland, John (Bev) Niehaus of Strome, Bryan (Alison) Niehaus of Banff, Jacqueline (Jim) Weller of Daysland and Maurice (Susan) Niehaus of Camrose, twenty four Grandchildren , Thirteen Great Grandchildren, one sister Madge Atwood of Calgary and one brother Joe Froehler of Red Deer, and numerous relatives and friends.
Eileen was predeceased by her husband Henry and one sister and seven brothers.
A Prayer service was held on Friday November 30, 2012 at 7:00pm from Our Lady of the Prairies Roman Catholic Church Daysland.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday December 1, 2012 at 11:00am from Our Lady of the Prairies Roman Catholic church in Daysland.
Interment has taken place in the Daysland Cemetery.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Daysland Hospital Foundation or to Providence Place in Daysland.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Eileen
