Frances "Fran" Bernice Balmer of Camrose passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at the age of 80 years.
Left to cherish her memory are one sister and one niece.
Fran was predeceased by her husband John.
A celebration of Fran's life will take place at a later date.
Memorial contributions are gratefully accepted to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
