Our sympathies and prayers go out to the family at this time. I met Dale last fall while attending my brother's funeral, and I was struck by Dale's warmth and depth of character. His insight into teachable moments and making the most of the opportunities earned my respect and appreciation for him. Though it was a short visit with him, it was a quality occasion. He's with God at this moment. May God grant the family strength and grace at this time.

I remember Dale's wonderful singing way back when I was just a wee kid at church. And I also remember him riding out to Trinity with our family as we made our way to California. He was a cheerful travel companion and made me feel kind of included with all the adults. We are blessed to know that Dale's resurrection is assured, in the resurrection of our Lord Jesus.
