Even though it's been a number of years since I last saw Merle, I will always remember his infectious enthusiasm, love of life and being this great guy who was our neighbour in Daysland. My thoughts are with you during this very tough time.

We have many fond memories of Merle: his bigger than life personality, infectious laughter, riding his bike, helping his Grandpa Norm & his dad, Donnie @ Block’s garage, his love of pop and hockey!
A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on.

Dear Shirley , Frank, Rhonda & Families;
We are so very sorry to hear of Merle's passing. It seems not all that long ago he was the little boy next door. He always had a smile on his face & often spend time with us. Unfortunately we all drifted apart by moving away.
We are sure that he is at peace & having fun with the Angels.
