Dave, Cody and Alyssa,
I am so very shocked and sad to hear of your loss, my heart is breaking for you. Sue and I first met trying to start the Camrose Dog Club when Alyssa was small and Cody hadn't joined us yet. I remember her being so determined to show the weekend Cody was born. She was quite the girl! What a weekend that was! I also fondly remember going to Prince Albert dog show with Sue and Edge. Sue was someone I looked up to like a big sister that always thought things through before giving her opinion. She was so easy to talk to and share a laugh with. She was always quick to help if she could and when it came to her dogs she had such a great moral compass for finding homes and always doing what was best for the dogs above everything else. Sue was like a rock being so solid in what she believed in. Her photography was spectacular! The girl had so much talent. I'm so grateful for the times we shared, she truely was an amazing person and I am so sorry for your loss. Please let me know when you are having her service in the spring.

Alberta Lure Coursing Association
Our deepest condolences to her Dave, her family, and close friends.
Everyone knew the coursing was about to begin because Sue could always be found sitting on the field behind the camera. She was a passionate Whippet breeder, a skilled and knowledgeable coursing competitor, a brilliantly talented photographer and one incredible lady - Sus Norstrom we will miss you!

Its so hard to express the sadness at Susan's passing. I am sure her family know how much she was respected as a fellow Whippet fancier, photographer, and all round good person. Her brave announcement of her illness shook many of us, and now may she rest in peace with no more pain.
