My condolences to the family on the sudden loss of you Dad, grampa. When we moved to Camrose in 1983 your Dad drove his beautiful wagon and team in the parade each year. We were lucky to sit along side with young kids, excited to ride along. Great memories. May wonderful memories of your Dad ease your loss.

Mary, Denise, Keith and Family,
I am so so sorry for your loss. When Sylvia told me the news I was shocked that we will not see Dennis at this year's Calgary Stampede.
As one of the "Barn Ambassadors" at the Stampede, it was evident how much he cared for and loved his horses. And he was so helpful with us to make our tasks so much easier. As well, a great source of knowledge explaining things to us and the many tourists.
My thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

Sending our sincere condolences on the sudden passing of Dennis. What a surprise! My earliest memories of Dennis were of he and Allan showing their magnificent Chydesdales at the Camrose Fair in the late 1960's? And we watched lots of hockey games the years Kevin and our Andy played on hockey teams together. Fun times! The years go by, life carries on and then stops all of a sudden. Picking up the pieces is a tough task and never easy...especially during the Christmas season.
Our thoughts are with the Gordeyko family too this year.

Dennis judged us when we first started showing at a county fair in Utah. Bret was doing his best at driving as he had just learned to drive a 6 about four weeks prior. Dennis was so kind and patient and gave good advice with all the youth classes and every event at that fair. We have always giggled about what he said to Bret when he backed up our 6... "Your gosh damn (blankety, blank) swing team is running over your lead team...get it straightened out!" We were so pleased to see him at the World Show and be able to tell him we got that swing team fixed. Godspeed good friend. Clydesdales lost a hell of a horseman; you will be missed.
