I was lucky enough to be Gunnar and Louise’s (et al kids) neighbor. I remember the time when I had to get to town and Gunnar said he would drive me. We get going down the road, the radio is full blast on some station other than CFCW and Gunnar was choked because he was missing the Knee Slapper of the Day. Then to make matters worse, he hit the “Seek” button which gave us about 5 seconds of every song. Finally he just turned it off and we laughed

I was so sorry to hear of Gunner's passing. I knew him for about 10 years and enjoyed everyone of our visits so much. He told lots of very good stories! He was a very special man, sweet and gentle and he will be missed by me and by all who knew him. I am sorry for your loss.
