On behalf of the executive and all vendors at the Rose City Farmers Market Association, I want to extend our sincerest and deepest sympathies to all of you, who are part of Bob's family and his friends.
Bob was a great supporter and friend of the Rose City Farmers Market. His willingness to help with the many behind-the-scenes tasks that kept the market running smoothly is most appreciated by all. I would add that I especially appreciated the help and friendship that he extended to me as Manager of the market. I will miss him deeply.
Yours in friendship and affection,
Allan Johnson
Rose City Farmers Market Manager
PS: If I or any of the members of the Rose City Farmers Market Association can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

My deepest sympathy at the loss of Bob. We had such fun with him at The Sewing Center. We sold him flannelette for his wheat bags. Then he bought a new machine. He used to come in Monday’s after coffee to visit. He brought me raspberries and even headcheese! I remember showing him how to make a rag quilt with his flannelette scraps. He was so proud of it. He loved being at the farmer’s market and I used to drop by to visit after I retired. He was a wonderful person.
