I can't begin to Express how sad and hurt I am to hear and now accept the passing and loss of my Oma, my Nann, my grandmother my viking queen. I hope you are at peace with your father, Papa, David and the rest of our family that has departed the earth. I will always remember the stories of the great migration back to the motherland Deutschland, from the Black sea and the eventual settling in Canada. I'll always remember planting radishes, picking mushrooms with you in your garden. I'll always remember the cinnamon rolls, the strudels, watching the Shirley Temple movies, learning about my ancestry and my ancestors and the occasional beer...how many grandchildren can say they drank beer with their grandmother. I look forward to using your spirit to be my motivation and I hope to see You Oma,Papa,David,Kaiser and the rest of our family in Valhalla when my journey on earth comes to an end. I love you Grandma.

Linda, she loved you like a daughter and told me many times of your talks when you were still with the bank and after too. She was very proud of you and all you accomplished. It is with great sadness that we had to say good bye to you. We will forever cherish the tea, coffee and Christmas Dinners at your house, the dates we had picking you up to take you to our house. The "Chicken Foot" games that you were so good at even till the last year. We will miss the stories of the old country and what you had to go through to survive. You were very dear to our family including our Children and their spouses. We will miss you and loved you dearly.

Thank You Glenn and Diane.. It is a difficult time for all of us and not to be there with you tomorrow for the burial. Nicole, Jordan & even Sebastian are all very sad.
