Henrietta Leona Vos
(August 6, 1922 - May 25, 2020)
Henrietta was born on August 6, 1922 and passed away on May 25, 2020 at the age of 97 years surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Sunderman.
She married Clarence Frank Vos on August 6, 1940. From this union eleven children were born: Eileen (John) Mohler, Gerald (Lynn) Vos, Alvin (Janice) Vos, Judy (Grant) Bowie, Dennis Vos, Gilbert (Kaireen) Vos, Jeanette (Harvey) Heller, Nancy (Rodney) Kosinski, Pat (Doug) Friend, Joanne (Harold) Waddell, and Sherry (Bruce) Mortenson. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; thirty-three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granchild.
Henrietta loved life. She enjoyed her family, the CWL, playing cards, and dancing. She was devoted to her children and grandchildren.
Henrietta was predeceased by her husband Clarence; daughter Eileen; brothers Norbert, Elmer and Lawrence Sunderman; and sisters Dorothy Ault and Irma Steil.
She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. We are all thankful for the time we shared with her.
Due to Alberta Health regulations, a private family service was held.
