Margaret and Jen I am so sad to hear of your loss. Gary was a gentle giant - helpful, careful, a friend to all. His stories were huge at the office! As he transported goods around BC, Alberta or Saskatchewan he created a trap line of friends. I am grateful my children grew up knowing Gary. Kind, thoughtful, always a happy story to share. A role model touching everyone he met.

I am so sorry to hear of Gary's passing. We grew up across the road from the Steil family and I have many fond memories of times spent together. At the last Strome Reunion while sitting in the local drinking Establishment - Gary popped in and sat at our table; he was totally shocked when he realized who he was sitting with. We had a great time catching up with what was happening with all our brothers and sisters. He was also such a happy guy. My thoughts and prayer are with you all at this sad time.
