I was very sorry to hear of Vera's passing. Both Vera and Peter were so kind to me when I first started teaching in Daysland. Pat and I send our sincere sympathy to their children and and to Vera's sisters and their families. Both of us have fond memories of having many of them in our classes. Vera's great sense of humour will be missed.

My deepest sympathy on the passing of your dear Mother. Vera and Peter were our neighbors when they lived in Camrose and I enjoyed visiting with Vera. I do hope she was not ill for long.. I talked to her after she sold her home here to tell her about the nice couple that purchased it. We did have a nice visit then. May she rest in peace. Sincerely. Charlotte Golka
