I have not lost a grandpa, I’ve only gained another Angel. My grandpa was a man who made a career out of putting the needs of others above his own; a completely selfless man. My grandpa was a role model and one of the most inspirational men in my life. My grandpa was a man of faith, and practiced what he preached. My grandpa loved sports, music, camping, card games, and above all, his family. My grandpa was one of my heroes, and he created a legacy that will live on forever.
Grandpa, thank you for the life lessons that you have taught me, the family that you have given me, and memories that will last a lifetime. I love you ❤️Please watch over grandma. ❤️

Auntie Margie and all the Stang family
Our hearts are heavy with with the passing of Uncle Eddie. He was an Uncle we all looked up to and he always had a big smile. He worked hard all his life and was such a devoted husband and caring father. He left everyone some kind of memory that will never be forgotten. I know my dad and mom were probably in the crowd waiting to greet him from the other side to challenge a game of dice. Loved you Uncle Eddie

My father Alvin Meyer of Heisler was saddened to hear about Edwards Passing, Dad often tells me the story of how Edward & Marjorie invited him into their house to live when he worked at the steel plant. And he spoke of the warm hospitality and all the lunches that Marjorie would make for him. And the two little ones that they had at the time.. Thanks for helping my dad when he was in his 20's. Alvin speaks highly of your family. We are saddened for your loss and wish you all the hugs during these difficult times. All the best, dale meyer of calgary

You will forever be in my heart, Grandpa. Your legacy will live on forever! Thank you for all the wonderful memories we had together. I'll never forget our time camping at Wilderness Village, accordion tunes at every family gathering, including mine and Monty's wedding, and of course, the endless games of crib. For all those times you spent watching my sporting events and giving me a big hug after each game. You were there for my Graduation and always calling to check up on me, even though you couldn't hear very good, you always tried.
I'll miss you so much! It's truly hard to believe that you're gone. A big part of who I am is because of you!
You have touched so many lives in so many positive ways! I will take your stories you've taught me about caring for others at Rosehaven and all the people you've met along the way. I will forever listen to accordion music frequently and put peanut butter on my pancakes, and you'll smile down from heaven.
You've definitely shown us how to treat a lady, through thick and thin Gramps, what a positive role model for all of us in the Stang Gang. We will do our very best to take care of Grandma as you've done all these years!
So happy I have an Angel, like you, watching over me! I love you Papa, Rest In Peace!

Auntie Marg, cousins Greg, Darren, Corene, Kevin, Carla so sad to hear of uncle Eddie’s passing
I am so sorry for your loss
I remember growing up and spending time together, it was always a treat to enjoy special occasions or just visit with you all
I remember getting free haircuts by uncle Eddie and listening to him play the accordion.
Uncle was such a gentle soul, patient and persevering. A clear testament to the family he and auntie raised.
He always took time to talk and ask how you are. I never heard him raise his voice. A true man committed to his wife and family. I am so proud to have had uncle Eddie in my life. I will miss him dearly.
May he rest eternally in peace until we met again.
