Condolences to the family. I have many memories of Alice when growing up as a kid in Amisk.Her mother was my Grandma Christine Kile's cousin. Alice loved berry picking,baking and willing to help out with families as much as she could. Well now she has gone to her resting place,but those who remain,may our loving Father wrap his loving arms around you in this time of sorrow

To Astrid, Adam, Betty , Millie and all of Alice's family: please accept our deepest condolences. Whenever we met up with Alice, she always had that wonderful warm and gracious smile. She liked to talk and I always enjoyed our conversations with her. She even put up with my teasing and I will miss teasing her. She will be missed. May God bless you all and may She Rest in Peace. Alice was such a dear, sweet lady in all the years I knew her in Amisk. She usually welcomed us with fresh bread!, and was always so kind and caring. 'It takes a village' and Alice was part of the village of my childhood. I have fond memories of her and will cherish them forever. Life's work well done Alice, rest in peace.

Many wonderful memories of Alice. When I was 8 years old, she came and lived with us and assisted with all types of work. We kept in touch always - and especially once she moved to Deer Meadows in Camrose. I tried to stop in once a month. Her memory was phenomenal - plus her quilting, baking, etc. I had promised to take her to The Lefse House to celebrate her 104th birthday in March, however, due to Covid, that never occurred. I shall great miss her.... (She and my mom were students together at Morgan School, west of Amisk).
