Helen, your mom was such a fine soul; colourful, unique, passionate about so many things, and a life long learner and sharer of knowledge. She was so proud of you and expressed her great love for you; her most valued treasure. I will never forget our wonderful conversations and visits and how she brought me to the special First Nation communities where I now work. She left lasting impressions with the people so blessed to have had her tender care.
