Leone Mable Kuefler
(January 26, 1932 - May 16, 2022)
Leone Mable Kuefler was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She passed away on Monday, May 16, 2022 at the age of 90 years.
She married Walter in 1950 and they were blessed with 7 children.
Leone enjoyed being a hockey/sports mom, golfing, trapshooting, curling, and excelled at wood restoration. Friends and family were always welcome in her home. We all loved the delicious meals she shared with us and then playing tile rummy with her and Walter. It was guaranteed you would find ginger snaps in her cupboard.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Dianne Kowalenko of Edmonton, Lloyd of Chandler, Arizona, Ron (Bev) of Camrose, Del (Lori) of Red Deer, Lyle of Fort Saskatchewan, and Arlyn (Teresa) of Camrose; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and siblings Lorene (Wilf) Willing of Camrose, Doris Allen of Edmonton, and Eleanor (Louis) Richaud of Forestburg.
Leone was predeceased by her husband Walter; son Ken; daughter-in-law Diane; grandson Keegan; great-grandson Nolan; and three sisters Melva, Paulette and Phyllis.
A private family service was held.

Our hearts are broken but we take comfort in knowing Leone is now at peace.
