Earl Robert Hammon

(December 15, 1928 - August 2, 2022)

 

Earl Robert Hammon of Camrose, Alberta, formerly of Valleyview, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at the age of 93 years.

 

Left to cherish his memory are his children Robert (Margaret) Hammon of Camrose, Gene (Bev) Hammon of Valleyview, Brenda (Bud) Portwood of Alberta Beach, and Cheryl Ilg of Valleyview; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and sister Jessie (Burt) Chamberlain of Blairmore. 

 

Earl was predeceased by his wife Anne; son Bruce; grandson Dustin Hammon; great-granddaughter Jaiden Bigam; brothers William and Jerry; and sisters Margaret Jorgensen, Maude Patterson, and Marion Parks.

 

A Celebration of Life was held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 1, 2022 at the Valleyview Memorial Hall (4810 50 St, Valleyview, Alberta). 


If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the Alberta Lung Association or the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
