Our most sincere sympathies & condolences to the Elliot families on the loss of Fran, mother, grandmother, great grand mother, and dearest friend. Sincerest sympathy extended to the Elliott family. Fran was a dear friend and wonderful supporter in our church family. She was one of the best school board members I can recall and she was brave enough to accompany me as a supervisor with some 45 students from CCHS on International Travel. She will be missed.
